Taking care of your eyes is about more than just seeing clearly—regular eye exams can detect early signs of serious health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and even certain cancers. ExamWorks offers comprehensive vision coverage through Cigna Healthcare to help you and your family maintain healthy vision at an affordable cost. This voluntary benefit is available on a calendar year basis (January 1 through December 31) and can be elected regardless of enrollment in any other ExamWorks benefits. Laser Vision Correction Discount

Cigna offers LASIK and other laser vision correction discounts through the Healthy Rewards program. Sign in at mycigna.com to view participating providers and discount details. These procedures are not covered by the vision plan, but discounts may apply.

Find An In-Network Provider

To stretch your dollars, use in-network providers. Log in at mycigna.com, select Find Care under the Care menu, and search for optometrists, ophthalmologists, or vision centers. You can also call Cigna Vision Member Services at 800-853-2713 for help.

Out-of-Network Coverage

If you visit an out-of-network provider, pay at time of service, request an itemized receipt, and submit a claim for reimbursement up to the out-of-network allowance listed in the table above.
