E4E Relief: Employee Support Fund

The ExamWorks Employee Support Fund is a confidential process administered by E4E Relief, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and a leader in the administration of employee disaster relief funds.

Requesting Assistance

The ExamWorks Employee Support Fund has been expanded to provide aid and comfort in the form of non-taxable grants to qualifying team members that have suffered a qualifying financial impact attributable to a variety of personal hardships, including, but not limited to, a car accident, temporary job loss of a spouse, domestic abuse, or a natural disaster such as a flood, earthquake, tornado, etc. A full list of grant-eligible events is listed on the application. If you have suffered a personal hardship or been impacted by a natural disaster, we encourage you to log into examworks.e4erelief.org and complete an online application to see if you qualify for assistance.

Supporting the Fund

Our goal is to maintain the solvency of this Fund for years to come through donations from employees and partners of ExamWorks who wish to support the Fund as a way of helping to make a difference in the lives of our fellow ExamWorks team members.  If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to the Fund, please log into examworks.e4erelief.org and click “Give” on the home page. No donation is too small, and every contribution will be a big help to an ExamWorks team member in need.

If you have any questions, please contact a member of the ExamWorks Employee Support Fund team at examworks@e4erelief.org.

Quick Tips for Financial Wellness

  • Start with a budget. Track income and expenses so you know where your money goes.
  • Build an emergency fund. Aim for 3–6 months of essential expenses.
  • Pay down debt. Tackle high-interest balances first, using SmartDollar strategies.
  • Save for retirement. Contribute to your 401(k), at least enough to get the company match.
  • Protect your credit. Pay on time and keep balances low.
  • Plan for the future. Create a will, keep beneficiaries up to date, and consider estate planning.

Ask for help. Use SmartDollar and GuidanceResources when you need support.
